On August 4, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), BUCA Texas Restaurants, L.P. and nine affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-80058 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court") before the Honorable Judge Stacey G Jernigan.
