DEADLINE TO FILE A CLAIM

The Proof of Claim form must be received by the Receiver before July 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.   

Consequences of failing to file by the Bar Date. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, claims not submitted by the Bar Date may be disallowed and the creditor may be barred from participating in distributions from the receivership estate and from asserting rights against Assets administered by the Receiver, subject to any rights the Court determines must be preserved as a matter of law.
