On June 30, 2022 (the "Petition Date"), Enjoy Technology, Inc. and two affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 22-10580 and are pending before the Honorable J.
