On August 14, 2023 (the "Petition Date"). Nashville Senior Care, LLC and six affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 23-02924 and the cases are pending before the Honorable Judge Charles M. Walker in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee (the "Bankruptcy Court").
