On July 17, 2024 (the "Petition Date"), One Table Restaurant Brands, LLC and ten (10) affiliated Debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 24-11553 before the Honorable Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
