On January 13, 2026 (the "Petition Date") and January 14, 2026, Saks Global Enterprises LLC and 112 affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under Case No. 26-90103 before the Honorable Alfredo R. Pérez in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (the "Bankruptcy Court”) .

On June 5, 2026, the Bankruptcy Court entered orders confirming the chapter 11 plan of liquidation for Saks OFF 5TH Holdings LLC, Saks OFF 5TH LLC, Saks OFF 5TH Midco Partner Inc., and Luxury Outlets USA, LLC (the “SO5 Digital Debtors”) and the chapter 11 plan of reorganization for the remaining Debtors (the “Global Debtors”). 

On June 15, 2026, the effective date of the SO5 Digital Debtors’ plan occurred and the transactions thereunder were consummated, and on June 26, 2026, the effective date of the Global Debtors’ plan occurred and the transactions thereunder were consummated.  Please see the press release HERE for more details.
