Please take notice that, effective June 22, 2026, Sonde Health, Inc. ("Assignor"), as assignor, made a General Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (the "Assignment") to PFS BRN Health Liquidation LLC, a California limited liability company ("Assignee"), as assignee, pursuant to California law. Except for the relationship created by the Assignment, Assignor and Assignee are not corporate affiliates. Under the Assignment, Assignor transferred certain tangible and intangible assets to Assignee for liquidation and administration. Assignee intends to liquidate the assigned assets and wind down Assignor for the benefit of creditors.
