On December 14, 2020 (the "Petition Date"), SureFunding, LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor's bankruptcy case was assigned Case No. 23-10852 and is pending before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
