PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 18, 2026, Trixxi Clothing Company, Inc. (“Assignor”), as assignor, made a General Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (“Assignment”) to Trixxi PFS Liquidation LLC, a California limited liability company (“Assignee”), as assignee, pursuant to California state law. Please note that except for the relationship created by the Assignment, Assignor and Assignee have no corporate affiliation to each other. Pursuant to the Assignment, Assignor transferred ownership of certain of its rights in tangible and intangible assets (collectively, the “Assets”) to Assignee for liquidation. Assignee intends to liquidate assets and wind down Assignor.
