On May 20, 2022, David S. Stapleton ( the “Receiver”) was appointed to serve as the Court-Appointed Receiver pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Honorable Debra E. Velure of the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon for the County of Lane.

Pursuant to the Receivership Order, David S. Stapleton was appointed as Receiver for the estate (the “Receivership Estate”) of Zadeh Kicks LLC dba Zadeh Kicks.

Under the terms of the Receivership Order, the Receiver, among other things, has the responsibility and duty to take and hold possession, custody and control of the Receivership Estate.
